Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your shipping date confirmation and tracking details. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as it cannot be changed after the order is placed.

Pre-order items are handmade and will ship in approximately 2 weeks.

Shipping Times

• Domestic Shipping (Ready-to-ship items): 2–7 business days.

• Domestic Shipping (Custom products): 7–12 business days (includes production time).

• International Shipping (Ready-to-ship items): 2–3 weeks.

• International Shipping (Custom products): 3–4 weeks (includes production time).

Shipping times are provided as estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or other unforeseen delays.
